Collection of personal data

When submitting requests for quotation and other inquiries, customers are asked to provide their personal data that are necessary to confirm the contact. Customers are asked to provide data identifying them as parties interested in the services of Oilmedica Sp. z o.o. Personal data include information such as: name, surname, email address and company name. In the case of a telephone call, these data are provided orally.

Personal data may be collected by Oilmedica Sp. z o.o. also in other situations, when this is necessary to achieve a specific purpose, in accordance with the law (the filling in of accounting documents, making of payments, reviewing of complaints, resolving of disputes, the contact form).
 

Processing of personal data

Personal data are processed for the purpose of identifying the customer as a party interested in the company’s services, as well as for the purpose of performing the contract and pursuing any possible claims under the contract. Personal data may also be processed by us for the purpose of marketing of our own services and products. Marketing of our own services and products involves, in particular, sending unannounced emails to the persons whose contact details were made available in the course of online contacts or during telephone conversations. At any time, customers have the right to object to the use of their personal data for this purpose.
 

Customers have the right to access the content of their data and to correct same

Oilmedica Sp. z o.o. does not sell or transfer personal data of its customers to other entities, unless obliged to disclose the data by provisions of the Law or unless this is necessary in order to pursue our claims in the event our rights/property have been violated by customers.
 

Protection of information

Only persons authorized by the Administrator have access to personal data provided by customers. These persons are obliged to keep the data strictly confidential. We use organizational and technical measures to protect the personal data of our customers against unlawful or accidental alteration, destruction or loss, as well as against unauthorized access or distribution.
